I spend a lot of time in my own head; daydreaming, noticing things. feeling things deeply and trying to make sense of the world around me.

I’m not always the loudest voice in the room. Sometimes it’s easier to be quiet. I like to truly understand others and in turn I’ve always wanted to be understood. Don’t we all?

Writing is how I process things: experiences, thoughts and feelings; the silly and the serious. I like to write with rhyme and rhythm, and I tend to say exactly what I mean. I’m not big on hiding things behind metaphors as I don’t want you wondering what the hell I’m trying to say. I hope my honesty resonates and helps you feel the things you hadn’t had the time or space to feel before.

That’s probably why the corporate world drives me mad. So much jargon, so many words, so little actually said! But not here. This is my little space to escape that world and be real and authentic.
